Two tracks
The Academy trains for two distinct trades.
The first certifies those who audit and deploy AI at a client's. The second trains those who have software built by agents and must answer for the result. Neither replaces the other: you do not run a build site with an auditor's reflexes, and the reverse holds just as firmly.

Ten weeks, three blocks, eight project phases. You do not come out a developer: you come out able to demand, to verify and to refuse. Taught in French.
Four stages, in this order.
No level is skipped. Each stage must be cleared before the next one opens.
Audit
Read the company as a system, run discovery, map the process and find the bottleneck.
Design
State and rank the use cases, make AI answer from your documents, estimate total cost.
Deploy
Steer the build, secure and observe, go live and drive adoption.
Certifying trial
No new gate: the whole path is replayed under real conditions, against a red team.
Gates that cannot be bypassed.
A hard gate is cleared or it blocks. Each one maps to one of the four doctrine pillars.
Proven
A number before, a number after. Without measurement there is no result.
Safe
Security, personal data, human oversight: handled during, never after the fact.
Adopted
A solution nobody uses has solved nothing. Adoption is part of the engagement.
