Approach

A leverage pyramid, instrumented to hold quality.

Siana isn't "a tool that replaces the expert". It's a productized AI audit firm: the tool encodes the method, routes risk to a remote expert layer, and every engagement makes the system sharper.

Three roles, one quality standard.

  1. AP

    Architect / Partner

Signs off material decisions (architecture, compliance, pricing) and handles hard cases. The last 15% that won't proceduralise.

  2. RS

    Remote Senior

Asynchronously reviews the work of ~10-20 auditors, triggers escalations, ensures cross-engagement consistency.

  3. FA

    Field Auditor

Collects, executes, tooled by the platform. Their rare skill: knowing when they don't know, and escalating.

Revenue-share is instrumented to survive.

Paying on a percentage rewards closing fast. The counterweights are encoded in the product, not left to goodwill.

Quality-conditioned pay

A share released only after 90 days without incident, measured automatically by monitoring.

Quality sampling (ISQM-1)

A risk-weighted subset is cold-reviewed by an independent senior.

Non-bypassable hard gates

An engagement can't close without a real eval, compliance and client sign-off. You can't cash in by cutting corners.

No-go & no-train

Regulated sectors ruled out at the start; written guarantee that your data trains no model.

Four levels of engagement.

  1. 01

    Paid audit

Rigorous diagnostic, prioritisation, feasibility proven on your data.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price POC

A prototype evaluated against a negotiated target — an empirical go/no-go.

  3. 03

    Governed deployment

Shadow go-live, guardrails, handover to your teams.

  4. 04

    Managed service

Monitoring, continuous improvement, support. This is where value compounds.
