Siana provides AI audit and deployment services, as well as an informational site. Some features may change or be withdrawn.

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to compromise its security, and not to upload content that infringes the rights of others.

Siana's content, brand, method and "Ink & Brass" design are protected. No license is granted beyond normal use of the site.

To the extent permitted by law, Siana shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. No outcome guarantee is given by the informational site alone; outcome commitments, if any, appear in a separate engagement contract.

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, although we make reasonable efforts to avoid this.

We may suspend access to the site in the event of a breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Quebec.
